Kelley Deyo

Kelley Deyo joined the Blue Star staff after spending nearly 10 years in the women's game at the college level. Kelley's last college stint was as the Assistant Coach / Recruiting Coordinator at Liberty University. During her four years at Liberty the Flames accumulated a 95-32 record, and three of the four years Big South Conference Champions & NCAA tournament appearances. In 2005 the Flames advanced to the Sweet Sixteen.
Formerly Kelley Siemon, the native of Edina, Minnesota, is a 2001 graduate of the University of Notre Dame. She was a senior starter on the 2001 Fighting Irish's national championship team. That season she earned the BIG EAST Conference's Most Improved Player award while hitting the 1,000 point mark in her final game of her career. Deyo was also named to the BIG EAST All-Tournament Team as well as the NCAA East Regional All-Tournament Team during that memorable year.
Deyo was selected by the Los Angeles Sparks in the third round of the 2001 WNBA draft, but decided instead to intern with Athletes in Action on the Duke campus in 2002. In 2003, she went back to the court and played professionally overseas in Vienna, Austria.
Deyo has a bachelor's degree in Sociology and presently resides in Virginia with her husband and their son James.
