During her tenure Seton Hall grew to prominence in the Big EAST conference leading to several post-season births in the NCAA and WNIT tournaments.  She has produced 19 All Big East players and helped develop 22 professional athletes playing both in the WNBA and abroad. Coach Mangina has always believed in academic excellence; two of her players were named Big East Scholar Athlete of the Year and many more players have been named to the All Big East academic teams.

Player development has long been a passion in coach Mangina’s career.   Teaching the fundamentals, proper technique, attention to detail, work ethic, and great attitude have helped student-athletes reach their full potential.  She has started her own business Mangina Hoops – “Next Level Basketball” you can learn more about it at her website - http://www.manginahoops.com/index.html
