Cancellation Policy
Official Cancellation Policy
Refunds will only be granted if canceling from an event prior to 60 days before the event. A credit for participation in a future BLUESTAR event will be given for players who notify the director at least 20 days prior to the start of the event. No credit/refund will be given to players that cancel 20 days before the event begins. 60 days before the event = Refund 59-20 days before the event = BLUESTAR Credit 20 days before the event = No Refund/Credit **All Online Payment Refunds will have a $30 service fee to cover the processing. ** There is a $50 fee for any returned/bounced checks.
